Thieves make off with $10,000 antenna tester

Police are looking for clues after thieves made off with a pricey piece of equipment from a car that was left parked in North Vancouver overnight. The culprits broke into the rental car in the 1400-block of Sowden Street sometime between 8 p.m.

Pipeline protest hits bridge

TWO Greenpeace protesters rappelled off Lions Gate Bridge Tuesday morning to drape an antitarsands, anti-pipeline banner over Burrard Inlet. Traffic moving across the bridge was slowed as police cordoned off a lane in response to the protest.
