Truck strikes flagger at roadwork site

A North Vancouver construction flagger is being treated for serious injuries after she was run over by a dump truck Wednesday morning. The 31-year-old was working at a road construction site on Mountain Highway at Chamberlain Drive around 9 a.m.

A June 20 news story reported that the District of North Vancouver might narrow a section of Keith Road from four traffic lanes to two to make space for a bicycle lane. In fact, the proposal calls for a change from three lanes to two.
