Two passions soon to be combined in new Lower Lonsdale eatery

For Devalina Waring and Chloe Devine, it was now or never. The longtime friends and Deep Cove residents met the summer prior to entering high school and became fast friends.

They say it takes a village to raise a child. Maybe. I would argue, then, that it also takes a village to feed a child. And to feed that child’s parents, siblings, grandparents, cousins, etc.
