IT was an excellent weekend for West Vancouver soccer. West Van FC captured the Vancouver Metro Soccer League's Imperial Cup on April 1 with a hard fought win over Surrey United Firefighters.

On Saturday March 31st, Vancouvers Andy Livingston Field was the setting for the Vancouver Metro Soccer Leagues Masters B Cup Final as the West Vancouver Flying Horses took on Croatia SC.

On Saturday March 24th it was a beautiful day at North Vancouvers Klahanie Park as the Capilano Rugby Club hosted the UVIC Norsemen in mens first division rugby. 8-1 Capilano were in first place while the 6-3 Norsemen were in third.
