Students at two North Shore schools are being honoured for their eco-actions this year -- and just in time for Earth Day celebrations.

We all know there are plenty of ways to go green, but sometimes we need a little help taking action. That's where Cool North Shore comes in.

CALL it what you will: "staycation," "holistay," or, as the Montrealers apparently do, "Balconville." That's how they describe camping out on their humid balconies rather than escaping to Costa Rica.
