Cap U students receive transfer scholarships

TWO North Vancouver residents were among 89 B.C. students recently awarded Ike Barber Transfer Scholarships. According to a press release, the awards, worth $5,000, were issued by the Irving K. Barber British Columbia Scholarship Society.
