Dear Editor: It was a feeling of relief with which I read the letter of Hamish Watt regarding traffic gridlock in the City of North Vancouver.

Dear Editor: As residents of the Edgemont Village area, my husband and I have been watching the Edgemont seniors housing proposal with much interest, attending both of the information sessions and the June 25 public hearing.

Looking back on the 2010 Olympics, there was a lot for us to be proud of, like our haul of gold and our remarkably smooth running of the Games. But now, one other thing stands out in hindsight.
