Leo Harper, 10, gets congratulations from West Vancouver director of parks and recreation Anne Mooi and Mayor Michael Smith after winning the boys 7-10 division at the Ambleside Junior Golf Tournament earlier this month. Harper shot 51 on the 18-hole, par three course to take the title.
