TEAM H&R Block, a Canadian-based elite U23 cycling development team, will announce their 2013 roster during a meet and greet at North Vancouver's John Henry Bikes Friday between 11 a.m. and noon.
Team members will be on hand to take photos and answer questions about the sport. The squad was established in 2006 to promote the sport of cycling across Canada by competing at national and international events, giving young riders an opportunity to pursue their goals of racing professionally and for the national team.

. . . West Vancouver super senior Christa Bortignon set another world record last weekend at the U.S.A. Masters Indoor Championships held in Landover, Md., topping her own mark in the indoor triple jump for the women's 75-79 age group. Bortignon jumped 7.75 metres, besting her old mark of 7.59 m.
