Dear Editor:
To the anonymous Good Samaritan who, in the afternoon of Nov. 21 in the Capilano Mall parkade, witnessed my vehicle being a victim of a hit and run, I wish to extend a note of sincere thanks and appreciation. This kind person took the time out of their day to leave a note on my door handle giving the pertinent details of the vehicle that hit my car, and subsequently I was able to satisfactorily resolve this issue with ICBC. Thank you once again and happy holidays!
