A search for a missing North Vancouver man has come to a tragic end, according to police.
North Vancouver RCMP reported Wednesday night that Simon Rogers, 35, who disappeared from his mothers house in the 3700-block of Regent Avenue Tuesday, was found dead in the ocean near the Western end of Stanley Park.
Investigators have not released the cause of death, but they said they do not suspect foul play. Rogers had been described as potentially distressed at the time of his disappearance.
