North Vancouver swimmers may need to find another spot as the pool at Karen Magnussen rec centre is set to be closed until Sept. 28 to facilitate maintenance work.
However, West Vancouver swimmers can continue taking dips at the aquatic centre. Originally set to be closed for work this fall, the West Vancouver Aquatic Centre’s pool is now slated to be shut down from Feb. 24 to March 15 next year as crews install a new bulkhead.
