S&P/TSX composite closes down along with U.S. stock markets
TORONTO — Canada’s main stock index closed at its lowest point since October last year as part of a pullback that saw sharper drops in U.S. markets. The S&P/TSX composite index ended down 156.26 points at 19,020.92.
