North Van Wolf Pack win PJHL title

3-2 win over Mission City gives North Van first championship in franchise history

The North Van Wolf Pack claimed their first ever PJHL championship Friday night with a 3-2 victory over the Mission City Outlaws in Game 6 of the league finals held at the Mission Leisure Centre.

Ian Creamore scored the winning goal, breaking a 2-2 tie early in the third period. Connor Pasco and captain Brodyn Nielsen also found the back of the net as the Wolf Pack won their fourth straight game after falling behind 0-2 to start the series.

The Pack will now move on to the Cyclone Taylor Cup, the British Columbia junior B provincial championship tournament, scheduled for April 3-6 in Mission.
