WVPD alarm response catches break-in suspect

WEST Vancouver police arrested an alleged robber late on Monday after responding to a home alarm in the 3000-block of Spencer Drive. "When they arrived on scene they confirmed it was a break and enter," said WVPD Const. Lisa Schmidtke.
