LETTER: Cap on-ramp dangerous
Dear Editor: Re: Capilano On-Ramp Drives us into Danger, March 30. I am glad to see some attention paid to this dangerous on-ramp. Nowhere else have I seen an entrance to a major highway that has zero merge room.
