Steadyfeet: An information session on a seniors fall prevention, balance and mobility program to help older adults become stronger and more confident will take place Thursday, Aug. 23, 11 a.m.-noon at the Capilano library, 3045 Highland Blvd., North Vancouver. Concerts in the Square: A free concert geared towards seniors will take place Sunday, Aug. 26 at Shipbuilders' Square, 105 Carrie Cates Court, North Vancouver. At 12: 30 p.m. there will be entertainment by the North Shore Celtic Ensemble followed by Swinging Dixie at 1: 45 p.m. and Dal Richards' Orchestra at 3 p.m. Strawberry shortcake and tea will be served for seniors.
