A mask does a good job hiding a face but someone, somewhere, would recognize that jacket.
West Vancouver police are hoping the public can help them find two suspects wanted in a break-and-enter at a home on the 2200 block of Nelson Avenue on Feb 3.
The culprits were caught on the home’s surveillance footage, which is now being circulated by Crime Stoppers.
“The home was ransacked and a number of items stolen, including a significant amount of cash. One suspect is seen clearly while the other’s face is covered; however, that suspect is wearing a distinctive jacket that may be recognized,” the release from Crime Stoppers stated.
Anyone with information about the break-in is asked to contact West Vancouver police, or to remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-08477.
“You could be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000 upon arrest and charge. You will never be asked your name or have to appear in court,” the release stated.
