WEST Vancouver police are inviting ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls to come on down to the 2012 West Vancouver Police Family Carnival.
Fairgoers will get the chance to have their picture taken with a police car, motorcycle, and mobile command unit, as well as enjoying rides, games and carnival concession stands. Of course no carnival would be complete without a range of tasty treats as well.
Partial proceeds from the event will help fund youth programs in West Vancouver.
The carnival runs from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. this Thursday and Friday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The fair is staged at the back of the Park Royal Shopping Centre's south mall, and tickets are available at the customer services office near Osaka Foods.
