WEST Vancouver police are looking for two men they say committed a brazen daytime home invasion and robbery Sunday afternoon.
Residents on the 2200-block of Haywood Avenue reported two suspicious individuals canvassing the neighbourhood and handing out pamphlets just after 3 p.m. Sunday, police said. A short time later, the armed suspects reportedly knocked on another residents door and barged inside when the victim answered.
They accosted the man, handcuffed him with zap-straps and then stole a number of items from the home including the victims phone before fleeing the scene, according to investigators.
Police only describe the suspects as being in their late 20s or early 30s.
