A call to police about a suspicious white van parked in West Vancouver netted two stolen vehicles - along with three more stolen licence plates - after officers turned out to investigate.
A member of the public called in to report the white Chevy van parked in a no-parking zone in the 1400-block of Esquimalt just after 10 p.m. on Monday.
When police got there, they quickly discovered the van had been stolen from Surrey on March 9.
The licence plates on the van matched another vehicle - that had also been stolen.
Police arrested the 20-year-old passenger in the van, Kara Evans, for possession of stolen property.
A man previously seen in the drivers' seat had conspicuously vanished.
Police opened the van and found a 2005 Yamaha motorcycle stolen from North Vancouver stashed inside, along with a pry bar and the stolen plates.
Evan has been charged with two counts of possession of stolen property.
