Community members are encouraged to take home a piece of Mount Seymour's history as resort representatives plan to sell the individual chairs from the Mystery Peak Chairlift (shown above), which is being replaced by a new high-speed quad chairlift. Chairs cost $150, with $50 from every purchase
going to Lower Mainland inner-city schools, teaching students to ski and snowboard. Chairs will be sold on a first-come-first-serve basis Wednesday, April 18 and Thursday, April 19 from noon to 7 p.m. at guest services.
