WEST Vancouver's Shawn Hallgren, 24, is one of 10 finalists set to take the stage at the 2013 edition of Variety's Got Talent this weekend in Richmond.
The annual talent show is a fundraiser for Variety - The Children's Charity. The performer who wins Saturday's event, which will get underway at 7: 30 p.m. at Richmond's River Rock Casino Resort, will receive the Rising Star Prize Package and will appear live on Global B.C. during the Variety Show of Hearts Telethon on Feb. 16.
