Volunteer: AIDS Vancouver is looking for four new volunteers. You will be working to promote AIDS Vancouver's services and share basic HIV information.

Garden Maintenance: Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Garden is looking for a volunteer to maintain the pristine condition of the garden.

Board Member: The Board of Directors of North Shore Community Resources Society, a local non-profit multi-service agency serving infants through seniors, has openings for a treasurer and members-at-large. Meeting six times yearly, it is a policy board with 15 members who are encouraged to share their expertise through committee work.

ReStore Volunteers: Habitat for Humanity - North Shore is located at 126 Harbour Ave., North Vancouver. Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks.

Receptionist: Lynn Valley Seniors Association seeks a volunteer to answer the phone and provide information about programs at the agency. Volunteer will perform basic administrative tasks, emails, letters, tally visitors, etc. and will provide tours of the agency facilities.

Volunteer for Seniors' One Stop Program: A mature, patient volunteer who speaks Mandarin or Cantonese, has good verbal communication and computer skills is needed to work in this program. Responsibilities include answering telephones and assisting walk-in clients by providing appropriate information and referrals. Shifts available: Thursday and Friday mornings (two to four hours). Comprehensive training provided.

Church Volunteer: A volunteer with reception skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office is needed for Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to work at the church office.
