A fire burns on the median of Lynn Valley Road in front of McDonald's on Saturday afternoon.. The North Shore's three fire departments have been busy putting out brush fires caused, most likely, by flicked cigarette butts.
Dry conditions mean there is an elevated risk for forest fires as well.
