Online voting is fast, cheap, and a boon for the disabled, the busy, and the pyjamaclad. Despite those benefits, an Elections BC-appointed panel recently named voter privacy and election security as reasons not to support such a system. Cynicism is also a concern. Imagine if the last provincial election allowed the online option.
