Cutathon West Van Barber Shop will offer haircuts for a minimum donation of $20 Dec. 7 and 14 from noon to 6 p.m. at 1345 Marine Dr. Proceeds from the Dec. 7 event will go to the Christmas Bureau and proceeds from the Dec. 14 event will go to the Children's Wish Foundation.
