Victoria Tea Festival: The sixth annual festival will be held on Feb. 18, noon-5 p.m. and Feb. 19, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Victoria Conference Centre's Crystal Garden. The two-day festival features an international collection of black, oolong, green, white and herbal teas for sampling. Tea experts and purveyors will be on hand to discuss the traditions and trends in tea, as well as the health benefits and serving suggestions. There will also be workshops and lectures. Tinhorn Creek Vineyards Canadian Concert Series: An annual event with an opportunity to see some of Canada's top talent while sipping award-winning wines and enjoying a view of the South Okanagan Valley at Tinhorn Creek's outdoor amphitheatre. Premiering May 26, the series will feature up-and-coming Canadian talent every month and ends with a recognized Canadian performer to close the season. The Boom Booms will open the festival. On June 23, Acres of Lions will perform and July 28 will see Redeye Empire. Said the Whale caps off the four-part series on Aug. 25.
