Knit, Stitch & Share: The North Vancouver Community Arts Council invites the public to a gallery knit-in and workshop at CityScape Community Art Space on Thursday, Aug. 16, 79 p.m. If you are new to the project or interested in getting involved, stop by for an evening of knitting, stitching and sharing. Are you a knitting newbie? There are plenty of knit-kits still available to help you get started. Artist and educator Jessica Glesby will be on hand to provide some knitting instruction; experienced knitters are ready to share their knowledge. CityScape is at 335 Lonsdale Ave., North Vancouver.
