Girly Bling and Fashion Fling: Donations of gently worn on-trend women's clothing and accessories are wanted for this fundraiser that will take place Saturday, Sept. 17, 1-4 p.m. at North Shore Neighbourhood House. Through the Looking Glass, an exhibition of works in fibre, takes place at the Seymour Art Gallery from Sept. 6 to 18. The exhibit is presented by the member organizations FibreEssence, The Vancouver Guild of Fibre Arts, and the Greater Vancouver Weavers and Spinners Guild. The gallery is at 4360 Gallant Ave. in the heart of Deep Cove.
