A story in the Dec. 30 issue on illegal suites in the City of North Vancouver incorrectly reported that Coun. Rod Clark reversed a vote on pursuing court action on two illegal fourplexes, one owned by the Pucci family on East 14th and one owned by Arnold Wallner on West Sixth. More accurately, while Clark's vote on the Wallner property concerned court action, his vote on the Pucci property allowed the rezoning application to proceed. Clark had previously been opposed to the rezoning.
