THE clocks go back one hour on Sunday morning this week for daylight savings time. The official time change takes place at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, when clocks will turn back one hour in most of the country and the U.S.

The official time change takes place at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, when clocks will turn back one hour in most of the country and the U.S., excluding Saskatchewan and the Peace River area of B.C.

Daylight savings time begins the second Sunday in March and ends the first Sunday in November each year.
