Construction award
A North Vancouver contractor was recently honoured for work it did on the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, B.C.
Keith Plumbing and Heating Co. picked up gold and silver Awards of Excellence from the Vancouver Regional Construction Association in the Mechanical Contractor Over $3 Million category.
The awards were given out at a ceremony at Vancouver Convention Centre on Oct. 19.
Paul Myers, president of Keith Plumbing and Heating, is also a finalist for a North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award to be presented on Nov. 3.

A financial services firm with advisors on the North Shore has been ranked one of the 50 Best Employers in Canada by Maclean's Magazine.
Edward Jones came in at number 12 on the list for its dedication to employee engagement.
