The ancient knowledge of yoga connected with the inner wisdom we all possess is at the heart of their intention at Namaste Yoga Studio. Each of their beautiful teachers are highly trained and certified, often in more than one style of yoga. They offer a variety of yoga styles such as Yin, Restorative, Hatha and Kundalinifusion. Within those styles theyfocus on bringing specific yoga poses to boost flexibility, stamina and strength to individuals who are athletes, runners, winter sports enthusiasts, gymnasts, hockey players, skaters and swimmers.

Yin style of yoga is a relatively new style at Namaste; however, it is one of the most popular classes to attend. They have added classes which are balanced in Yin and Hatha or Core. Yin style is primarily done with cool muscles and addresses the bones, the deeper muscles and the fascia typically from the waist down. Yin yoga is attractive in that you can make changes within-quicker and deeper than in any other type of practice.

They will soon be introducing a full hour of core which will benefit everyone who wants to improve their core - increase energy, breath and balance. The core class will incorporate props from time to timewithin yoga poses.

At Namaste Yoga Studio their focus is on bringing awareness to the body. Body awareness is fundamental in yoga - fundamental to living and being peaceful in the moment.
