WEST Van police are partnering with Park Royal Shopping Centre and WVPD's Student Work and Advisory Team for the annual WVPD Family Carnival this weekend.
The event brings back familiar midway rides, games and concession stands along with a peek at the force's coolest gear including squad cars, motorcycles and the department's mobile command unit. The event runs Friday from 3 to 10 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
All-day ride vouchers are $20, with a portion of the proceeds supporting youth programs.
