Seniors' Chair Exercise Classes: A free drop-in program Wednesdays, 1-2 p.m. at St. Martin's Anglican Church, 195 East Windsor Rd., North Vancouver. The class is low-impact concentrating on balance, stability and core strength for fall prevention. There will also be work on upper and lower body strength with a cardiovascular component. Pitch and Putt Golf: The West Vancouver Seniors' Activity Centre program will start in April at the Ambleside Par 3 course. The group meets on Mondays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. Starting in May, Monday programming will include bus trips to various courses throughout the Lower Mainland.
