The Academy of Aging: A series of free seminars to educate and equip seniors to approach their retirement years with confidence will be put on by Community Integration Services Society with the assistance of the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors program from 12: 30 to 1: 30 p.m. at Mollie Nye House, 940 Lynn Valley Rd., North Vancouver. New Fitness Programs: Three programs will start in April at West Vancouver Seniors' Activity Centre, 695 21st St. Schedule: Beginner Boomer Bootcamp, Mondays, 5: 15-6: 15 p.m. ($35 for 11 classes); Building Bones and Balance, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8: 30-9: 25 a.m. ($40.95 for 13 classes); and Saturday Super Circuit, Saturdays, 9-9: 55 a.m. ($37.80 for 12 classes).
