Hart House Summer Garden Parties: Each evening will start with a casual wine tasting with offerings from the featured region. Guests may purchase a bottle or two from the specially-selected wine list to pair with the al fresco dinner that follows, which is served on the estate lawn overlooking Deer Lake. Winemaker's Dinner: Hawksworth Restaurant will present an opportunity to join one of France's most esteemed winemakers Michel Chapoutier, for an intimate dinner Wednesday, June 20 at 7 p.m. Chapoutier will pair wines from wineries in Australia and the Alsace region with a five-course tasting menu and canapé reception. Night at the Aquarium, the signature fundraising gala of the Vancouver Aquarium, will take place Thursday, June 21 at 6: 30 p.m. There will be wine, food, live music and an array of items in live and silent auctions.
