Bowen Island Golf Course's recently installed clubhouse took first prize in the 2012 Modular Building Institute of North America's Awards of Distinction for Greatest Renovation under 10,000 square feet.
The sparkling new facility includes an expanded golf shop and the Cup Cutter restaurant, now open daily to serve you before or after your round.
In the pro shop, CPGA golf professional Steve Liddicoat is Bowen's new head professional.
A former teacher and coach at Northview Golf and Country Club in Surrey, Liddicoat has also served as director of operations for the Lower Mainland Srixon Golf Tour, which gives local upand-coming golf professionals a chance at local tournament competition.
