Making dreams come true

Eight-Year-Old Noah Virgee sells lemonade and cookies at the entrance to Maplewood Farm recently to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He aims to raise $500 for the terminally ill over two days of fundraising.

BCHF supports local families

REPRESENTATIVES of the B.C. Hospitality Foundation recently gave a helping hand to a 20-year McDonald's employee. Last month, Vancouver resident Teresa Acosta received a cheque for $5,000 to assist with living expenses for her and her family.
