North Vancouver District Public Library is celebrating 50 years of library service in North Vancouver with a historical fashion show and afternoon tea on Saturday, Nov. 1 from 2 to 4:30 p.m. at Highlands United Church, 3255 Edgemont Blvd.

Brek Ball, Maya Tomes, Rose Lepin and Anisa Bhayani will perform in the West Vancouver Youth Band presentation Haunted: A Musical Spooktacular on Monday, Oct. 27, 7 p.m. at Centennial Theatre in North Vancouver.
