Four-year-old Harper Parnell creates a whale of a drawing on the wall of Capilano Mall’s parkade during the Jump Into 150 Rooftop Bounce Carnival June 24.
The event featured carnival games and more than 20 inflatables on the mall rooftop. Partial proceeds went to the Canadian Red Cross.
