Royal Canadian Legion Branch 60 (580 18th Street West Vancouver) would like the community to know that Remembrance Day events are going ahead, despite the flooding of the legion’s basement from McDonald Creek. Volunteers have worked hard to clean up the premises. The legion still needs poppy taggers to help hand out poppies and collect donations now through Remembrance Day. Anyone willing to volunteer their time is asked to call the legion at 604-922-3587.
