Improv performer and teacher Alan Marriott works with Della Cassettari and Kaylee Whittaker. Marriott will be leading an improvisation workshop as part of the Girls Empowerment Day Pro D Day Camp, which runs Feb. 7, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Mollie Nye House in North Vancouver. The camp is offered to girls aged nine to 12 and will be divided into three segments. MLA Jane Thornthwaite will kick off the day with a motivational speech followed by an art project facilitated by local artists. The improv workshop starts after lunch.
