Visitors to North Vancouver’s Burrard Dry Dock Pier tour Royal Canadian Navy vessels Renard, Cougar and Grizzly, three of eight Orca-class ships based out of CFB Esquimalt.
The vessels patrol coastal waters year-round to report on suspicious activity, pollution infractions and fishing violations.
