Gift wrap: Volunteers are needed to wrap gifts during a holiday fundraiser for a local charity. Training is provided and shifts are available throughout the holiday season until Dec. 24. Come and meet new people, support a local non-profit and enjoy in the festive season.

Family centre volunteers: Volunteers are needed to help with family drop-in, preparing snacks, socializing with parents and children. Volunteer shifts are either Mondays or Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to noon or Mondays from noon to 3 p.m.

Driver: North Shore Meals on Wheels is looking for volunteer drivers for North and West Vancouver for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Food bank volunteers: Volunteers are needed five days a week to help with organizing donated food items, lifting boxes and moving shelves.

Childminder volunteers: The Parent Support Society is looking for individuals to deliver a quality child minding/play group program for children ages newborn to five and older. The childminders will work within the child minding team and group facilitators.
