Four year old Ben Pecjo picks a book prize as the City of North Vancouver Library celebrated it's 10th anniversary at it's present Civic Plaza location on Saturday September 15th. Library staff donned pirate costumes and over 200 children received medals for completing the Summer Reading Club.
