North Vancouver boy donates birthday money to young Syrian refugee

Seven-year-old Ross Road elementary student Logan Hopper donates his birthday money ($100) to Adnan, the uncle of Ali, a six-year-old Syrian boy whose family is being privately sponsored by the North Shore United Refugee Response.

Seven-year-old Ross Road elementary student Logan Hopper donates his birthday money ($100) to Adnan, the uncle of Ali, a six-year-old Syrian boy whose family is being privately sponsored by the North Shore United Refugee Response. Adnan  will hold the money in safekeeping until Ali's family arrives in Canada. The North Shore United Refugee Response is a group of seven United churches which are preparing for the arrival of two Syrian refugee families.
