These young shutterbugs are gearing up for the North Vancouver City Library’s Annual Kilby Memorial Teen Photo Contest. North Shore teens in grades 6 to 12 are invited to submit a photo that captures the theme “Who We Are” until April 25. A panel of judges will evaluate the submissions and short-listed entries will be displayed throughout the library. Winners and prizes will be announced at a gala on May 30.
