A memorial for the victims of the terrorist attack in Manchester, U.K., sprung up at the east side of the City of North Vancouver Civic Plaza over the weekend.
Twenty-two adults and children were killed and many more injured after a suicide bombing was carried out following a concert in the city May 22.
